On Site Residential Support is $65/Hour, and if the repair takes longer than 2 hours the most  you will ever be charged is $150.00 + cost of parts if any are needed.

On Site Business Support is $80.00/Hour, and if the repair takes longer than 2 hours the most you will ever be charged is $250.00 +  cost of parts if any are needed.

Remote Support is a flat $100 per call for everyone.
